Tickets not as desribed, no customer service
Made a ticket purchase but afterwards discovers that the ticket are not for the category that they showed in. No way to talk to anyone to get them to correct issue. Same tickets still for sale in wrong/misleasding category. called 4 times and could not get through to person, just told to call back closer to event, which is in 3 months 2/2022 UPDATE SURPRISE NO TICKETS...
