Deli phone order…
Just wanted to take a minute to recognize Deonte Savoy and Avarion Jones. They work in the deli department at the Giant Foods Bay Ridge Annapolis Maryland location. These two gentlemen were gracious enough to prepare lunch meat and a few deli items for me over the phone. I cannot tell you how much time this saved me to not have to wait in line with the busy appointment schedule I keep. They were courteous, helpful, welcoming and provided service with a smile! Thanks ever so much for the outstanding customer service. Please take a few minutes to recognize these two gentlemen, give them a raise and use my experience with them as an example on how to lead all of your teams. Not only will I be recommending them on a regular basis, shopping at your store on a regularly, but also sharing my experience with others… We have more than 3000 clients, a large family, many friends and colleagues.
