Moving from a different hosting organisayion
I was looking to move my websites to a new server from a different hosting company and Merham in Fasthosts support was extremely helpful in making sure that I got what I needed, and in provisioning the new VPS. I haven't used it much yet so can't comment yet on the hosting, but the customer support has been the best!
