Disappointing experience
Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience with Omega Cars. The first vehicle we received had a faulty security system that caused it to beep constantly, forcing us to return it. The replacement car was noticeably older and lacked the features of the original such as reverse camera. Additionally, the insurance process was unclear—despite paying for full coverage, we still had to leave a $2,500 deposit because our insurance was through a third-party provider.
