Monday my eSIM was destroyed when I restored my iPhone for Apple to repair & in the process the ESim was deleted . I called o2 & told them that I was a disabled house bound person in receipt of PIP& that I need my phone as a lifeline to call the dr or hospital. It took O2 5 days to put me on the disability access scheme & the disability access team said they couldn’t help me . I have been misadvised & told to send my career into two different o2 shops on two different occasions to get two SIM cards that were not registered to my account , evenlow you told me that my career could act on my behave because I’m house bound disabled person , so I spent £40 in taxis getting these sim cards that do not work . I have called your customer services ever day telling you that I need my services switched on because I am a vulnerable adult but O2 have done nothing but discriminate & misadvise me , you also told me you would send me next day delivery my sim card on Thursday & today is Saturday. So basically O2 has lonely left a vulnerable adult without a lifeline for 6 days & your disability access team cannot help me because I’m house bound . Now I am only putting this complaint in here in the hopes I get a response before I contact off com . O2 misadvised & discriminated against me & you disable access has NO facility for house bound vulnerable adults like myself & I want to know why it is O2’s policy to misadvise & discriminate against Disabled venerable hound bound people like myself & I want to why you have willing endangered my safety since Monday .
