horrible company
horrible company ! says £60 for transfer a name on a flight booking and then they charged me £260 plus taxes costing 497 ! how do they make these pieces up ! over 8 weeks before i fly and they told me at first i couldn’t i would have to cancel my booking and book another flight so would of lost £1100 but instead now they have let me do a name change for £497 which is ridiculous ! should of been £60 max ! scum of the earth company ! the guy was arrogant and rude and would put me on hold without telling me he was going ! terrible customer service and robbing *******
