Sent used goods
I ordered a beach cart online. What I was sent was second hand, used goods. The tyres were scuffed from use and covered in dirt. I still have no response from the company on a refund. I left a negative review on the company’s website which they then edited before allowing to post on the basis that it would “direct business away from the company”. As it should, consumers have a right to know the company is sending out used goods.
