Starting the Hypnotherapy course
Started the hypnotherapy course at Reading last week, made a great start and reassuring to know that my fellow students were as apprehensive as I was! Cila was great putting us at ease, ran through course expectations to set the scene using plenty of icebreakers to keep us motivated and engaged. She also encouraged us to get together to support each other throughout the course duration. Am looking forward to session 2!
