⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The team at Greggs Fickle-Mermaid, Chapel en le Frith are absolutely fantastic! I’ve been going here about 3-4 times a week since it opened, and they never fail to impress. The staff are so friendly, patient, hardworking, and always make you feel welcome. What really stands out is how they take the time to have a quick chat and ask how you are—even when they’re super busy. That’s not always easy in a fast food takeaway, but they nail it every time! They know me so well now that they even ask, “Usual is it?” for my coffee order—always spot on and made to perfection. 👌 Honestly, I can’t fault them. Greggs should be really proud of this team—they’re an absolute credit to the company!
