Inflexible and bad facilities

My poor rate is based on their lack of flexibility when you need to recover lessons different days, their cancellation process, and the conditions of the Perseid School swimming pool facilities. We missed some lessons because we had to travel and because they cancelled one day. We wanted to do it in the same place, but November was fully booked for Saturdays, and they didn’t allow us to do it in December, because we cancelled the subscription. Then we said if we could do it in another place, also close to our home, but they said that it wasn’t possible, they offered us another place instead, which was outside London, 1,5 hours drive from where we live. I think that the reason they didn’t allow us to do it in the closer one was because it’s more expensive. In this case, you should just told us and we would have paid the difference. We ended up loosing 3 lessons, that’s unfair. The facilities in Perseid School in London, are not baby friendly. There is not a proper place to change your baby, or leave your baby in while you dress yourself. There are only two rooms with 1 litter each, a litter is not a proper place to change your baby, but it’s better than the floor, the place where you will end up changing your baby ir someone else is quicker than you and gets the room before you do. We are now doing swimming lessons with another company, and the facilities they use are much better, there are also cods to leave your baby in.
