Felling helpless 😞 my name is manish my uid is 14363561. Dear team my name is manish and I am a youtuber adn few months ago I started trading through your platform but due some personal reasons I stopped trading in your platform.When I return back to my account for tade am unable to trasfer my funds even I am unable to do future trade or other trade than I contact to your team they told me that another account are created with my doucounts but I never created any other account than I realised than my data was leaked of a gamil hack your team told me to Sumit a legal request than I goes to police station and Sumit report and explain my situation they took 8-9 days for investigation finally police officer sumit legal request. And whenever I try to widraw, my funds are stuck because of this issue. I feel very sad 😭 because someone used my government I'd illegally I Sumit report I did everything that your team told me to do than why my funds are stuck what kind of justice is this.I have to pay my bill I am already late to pay my bill how can you do this with me because of a unknown person I am a genuine and honest person you can check my account trade nad everything.Another person used my government I'd than why you giving me punishment for that. Please help me dear team I have to pay my bill otherwise my car was gone. The police officer send legal request 3 times but whenever I reach out your team they told me that you need to contact police officer but when I reach out with them they told me that I didn't recieve any email and your team said that please whitelist our email or check spam box the government officials didn't use Gmail or Yahoo like email they have their official government email and on that mails their no spam folder or no whitelist option. I am going through round and round please 😭 help me what is my fault in this I did everything that your team told me please give me another way so I can verify my identity and I can widraw my funds.
