From the last Five weeks , no delivery at Deluxe Logistics Inc. Winchester, VA. Still you are charging monthly fee and for paper invoice. Every time when call, only one answer will deliver this week. Show any evidence that you supply water in last five weeks. Such poor customer service and bad experience that have no option except close the account. Harry
