My order arrived the other day. The outer box was damaged but the box with the cooker in seemed fine. It was an early Christmas present for a friend so I didn’t open the item. I took it round to her and was mortified when she opened it to find the hinge/ lid was very broken. I contacted the company a week ago and on many occasions since and (apart from an auto reply) I have had nothing from them. Currently feeling very ripped off. Don’t bother using them. Cooker looks great but this one is unusable and I appear to have thrown £50 away in the process. Update 08/11: Still no response whatsoever. I'm having to write this off but will be escalating the complaint to Shopify and the consumer rights ombudsman.
