Currently very unhappy with their…
Currently very unhappy with their service. I’m trying to get an answer to a simple question which is not answered on their website. Have sent a contact form which will be dealt with apparently in the next 15 days. Not helpful as I am flying in 3. Phone contact leaves me holding on for more than 30 minutes. I paid first class prices for this flight but am most definitely not getting first class service so far!
