Very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with Centauro car hire. From the moment I was greeted, the service was far from satisfactory. Despite having already paid for full protection cover, I was pressured into purchasing additional insurance. To make matters worse, I was not even shown to the car I was renting. There was a complete lack of communication about the fuel type required for the vehicle – no instructions or guidance were provided at all. Overall, the service was unprofessional and left me feeling frustrated. I cannot recommend Centauro car hire based on my experience.
