A positive experience of G&M
The overall experience of G&M is a positive one. Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the phone without having to wait too long. The reasoning for the 4 star was purely because of the time from making a claim to the point of notification to go ahead and book an appointment was 6 days. After the telephone conversation, I finally received a letter in the post after 6 days. Thankfully I was not an urgent appointment need, but felt that it shouldn’t have taken that long and a telephone call and an email would have sufficed within a day or two. This has already been raised with Quality & Compliance at G&M and will hopefully be addressed for any future claims. Any questions during the consultation period were quickly answered over the telephone and felt happy with the experience.
