Great Product but too much in your face advertising

The products I have used so far have been great! I wouldnt say I have a complaint, but rather a suggestion. I feel that if EZ Car Care met these 2 things, I've give them 2 more stars. 1. My most recent order arrived within the quoted timeframe while many customers on the facebook group were complaining about late deliveries, so no issue there. When the delivery arrived one of the bottle caps had cracked and the fluid leaked throughout the box. I sent a photo to customer service, who replaced the item free of charge, this was fantastic. The item arrived faster than the original delivery. This could have been avoided if the items were packaged better. All the bottles where laying in the bottom of the box with some bubble wrap laid on top. The replacement item came the delivered the same way. Why not wrap each bottle around all sides with bubble wrap instead? 2. The advertising. There is way to much advertising on social media. I could block it, but I dont want to miss out on sales and offers. The company seems to be constantly discounting products. With many 2for1, 50%off and currently up to 75%off offers, its clear that there is a very high markup on the product. Why not lower everyday prices, advertise less and have less discounted sales, less often. The product is great and if you're cheaper than the competitor you'll still retain customers and not run into logistics problems when 1000s of orders come in at once which clearly they have with all the complaints seen on the Facebook group. If I had to pay £10 for a product from a competitor but I received the item with in 2-3 days everytime I would go with the competitor rather than waiting for EZ Car Care to offer 50% off their £10 product and maybe/maybe not receive the item by the end of next week....
