Products leaked, no customer service replies
Hi I’ve left a review nearly two weeks ago now regarding a delivery I wasn’t happy with, no reply via email and feel I’m being ignored, my review doesn’t show up on your website funnily enough. Seems like your only allowing good reviews on the website, the fact you haven’t replied to my review or emails is a joke seen as you have been spamming me 3+ emails a day trying to sell your products. Will I get an answer here I wonder. I only ordered 2 clay bars and a bottle of GTR and Clay lube, which arrived late. one of the clays were damaged due to the gtr leaking during the delivery, and I found the clay bar that wasn’t damaged was disintegrating before I had even finished the car. I didn’t ask for a refund i mostly wanted you to know that your packaging isn’t sufficient for liquid products, and maybe get an actual full bottle from you and maybe tips to why the clay bar disintegrated. Was a little annoyed to hear nothing at all back from you I’ve tried to contact you via Facebook posts where I also encountered other disgruntled customers How is this going to be dealt with please
