Subscription scam
Misleading subscription practices lead to me being charged for a 6 month subscription again, even though there was no clarification that subscription was recurring nor there was a renewal notification. TokyoTreat then proceeded to lie to PayPal that they have sent me a box, which they have not and I have not received anything for the money they charged. Customer service has a “sucks to be you” attitude and is only interested in keeping your money at all costs. Avoid.
