Misleading baggage information.
Misleading baggage information. During booking, baggage details were shown as “Data not available”. Later I found out one flight had 15 kg baggage and the other had none. I was traveling with two suitcases (one for me and one for my mother). Adding one bag at the airport cost 450 SAR, so we had to leave one suitcase behind. Customer support refused compensation or responsibility.
