Negligent staff....Terrible service and experience
Terrible service and experience. Staff untrained and negligent in their job which led to a visa refusal. Despite attempts to make contact and ask for a refund no responsibility is being taken and we are now financially at a loss. I will be taking legal action if we are not fully re imbursed. Applied for visa, was sent a list to provide documents. Documents were sent and checked and told all was ok what i sent.(Couldn't of been checked otherwise it would not of led to the refusal of visa) I sent the money over and appointment was booked. The visa was refused because lack of funds in account. I queried this with the agent after to ask why who tells me £1k needs to be in the bank. Well firstly your list said 3months statement only. No minimum was on the list atall! I have ALL the screenshot chats you DID NOT mention £1k minimum. And also if you checked the documents i provided, you would of got back to me stating its not correct. At that point I would of said let's leave it and wait and apply once we have the correct funds to show £1k. So I have messaged and chased for my money to be refunded and no one is taking liability. I applied for the visa for my husband and dealt with the agent all the way through the process due to my husbands english. She sent me the wrong list twice when I go through the old chats. After all documents was sent to her and money was sent I was due to travel myself. I sent her my husbands work rota with free dates for the appointment dates he could attend. I gave her my husbands number to send him the details of the booked appointment. After booking the appointment 2 days before the date she send sends him a list with £1k minimum on the banking! She is now trying to pass the buck and blame my husband and stating she sent the right list and it's our error. This is so very wrong! The list is not sent correctly from the beggining, you also didnt do your job and check the documents as you will see not £1k in bank. And you can't send the right list days before appointment after taking my money! If we knew at first stages £1k is needed we would say no just leave it. I dealt with the application not my husband, dont blame any one other then Lyn your agent. I will be taking further action to recover visa fees, visa appointment fee, the hotel booking and travel booking. You lost us a whole holiday and alot of money due to your negligence and you won't get away with this. Train your agents to provide the right list from the very beggining. We dont know about visas hence why we pay you to do the job. you didnt do the job and we want out money back. This will be posted all over socials and any review platforms to make people aware of the scams!
