Great customer service (save booking pdf to phone).
It all works the same as other airlines. Follow the rules and all is well. Once I had to make changes to my friends flight, I called Sun Express and a really helpful agent sorted all out over the phone. Why cant all airlines be that helpful, it makes people happy instead of stressed! Thanks Sun Express
