Worst experience
Our experience has been horrible with this company. We paid a deposit and the driver showed up 4 hours late. It was dark then and he could barely drive the truck and couldn’t speak English, so commutation was incredibly difficult. After several days, they told us the truck broke down in one state. Later we find out lied to us and that they are in a completely different state way off route. The company refused to respond to us after saying the truck was being repaired and kept pushing back the eta. We had to get police involved just to get responses and they just continue to lie. They moved cars around on the trailer and the issues weren’t with the trailer, so there was so reason to do that. Through the police, we found the cars have been disappearing offsite and we haven’t given permission for that. It is now a week past the original time the cars were supposed to delivered and we have not received the vehicles. Do not use this company! Horrible experience!
