Outstanding customer service experience from Zest, and also their Palma airport offsite car hire partner, ‘Hiper’. The shuttle bus service from terminal to Hiper office is short, frequent and stress free. Their office is large and well organised, with helpful staff and nice loo facilities. Cars all look new and in good order. Zest even took the trouble to ring me at home when I had mistakenly tried to book a car to be delivered to a traffic restricted zone in Palma central! I understand that Zest regularly monitors the suitability of the car hirers it partners with, to ensure clients are looked after properly. I will certainly be happy to book my next car rental through Zest. Top marks!
