Jeanette from sweden helpline was so patient and lovely! I had a problem with my esim where i kept losing my signal and I lost contact with her multiple times. The other agents that tried helping me was not efficient at all as they kept repeating the same few things which does not solve my issue. Luckily I met Jeanette who was able to solve my distress!
