Staff need training
Apex Hotel Bath. I am doing this to show how rubbish customer service is a paramount to a hotel and results in you getting a terrible review. I would have given 4 or 5 but your staff let you down. Reception was great and helpful, dining staff really below par for a 4 star hotel. Never argue with paying customers, they end up taking to Trust Pilot, Booking.com and Trip Advisor.
