Really unhelpful staff
My stay at the Clayton Manchester City Centre was fine… until I was stupid enough to leave my iPad behind. I was told initially that they had my iPad and that all I had to do was arrange delivery. After lots of mixed messages and being told they now had to check that they still had my iPad, I have been told to cancel the arranged pick-up (which I paid nearly £50 for to insure any damage/theft) as “that’s not how it’s done”. The reception staff have been so unhelpful in this stressful situation by rarely answering the phones, and I have not had any clear answers from anybody.
