I'm a new young buyer, looking for a new house to buy or rent. So I called ckb estate agents, I spoke to a lady called Laura from the eltham branch. She was very helpful and informational. She showed me the houses that was perfect for what I was asking for. I will be looking to view very soon. I would recommend talking to Laura if you are a first time buyer
