Would give negative 5 stars if I could I've had an account with swyftx for 4-5 years and generally they've been ok I was traveling and needed to pay someone in USDT so bought some USDT on swyftx...all was fine. Then went to withdraw it in the same session and suddenly they suspended my account because I was overseas Their KYC process takes 4-7 business days I've been told...absolutely unacceptable If you can flag me as being overseas after a transaction is complete you could easily warn me BEFORE that you were going to flag it This sort of nonsense is exactly the reason why crypto exists. I understand the need for KYC but this experience could have been avoided if: -you flagged me before any transactions -your KYC process was 24 hours or less, theres no reason for it to take upto 7 days
