We called Yes Rentals and they picked us up from Queenstown Airport within 15 minutes. The check-in process was simple and easy. We could see that they were understaffed, but the rental car agent, Rain, went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and happy with our rental car. We got exactly what we had requested and wanted. Fantastic effort and we would rent from "Yes" rentals without hesitation. Excellent!
