OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE & NEXT DAY DELIVERY!
After having been recommended to W.M.S LTD via my local anticoagulant clinic I purchased one of their Coaguchek machines. I was greeted byTina Theobold who was OUTSTANDING! Very knowledgeable and so helpful, she went above and beyond as my purchase was an urgent one and I needed speedy delivery. She talked me through everything and reassured me that I would have the monitor the next day and that she would personally track the progress, which she duly did. True to her word she sent me a confirmation email to confirm and also dealt with the issue of the missing 6 strips and got them delivered by 10am the following day as she was aware that I had to attend the anticoagulant clinic the next day so they could observe me using the machine. Tina went above and beyond and should be credited for her professionalism and attention to detail. I cannot recommend this company enough!
