Bad News All Around
Switched from Sprint due to poor customer customer service. T-Mobile was far friendlier, but screwed up my account so badly, I left after 6 weeks. They also charched me for a full month’s service that I didn’t use. My bill cycle was from 1/9/19-2/9/19. I cancelled service and ported my number on 2/11/19. They charged me for service up to April 1st. And told me I had no recourse, because their policy is to charge for a full month, even if service is cancelled one day into the new billing cycle. Major rip-off!
