Dan Murphy's Toowoomba - Terrible - I walked in with my 18yr old son and his 17yr old friend. I stopped to look at something & by the time I walked over to them a staff member was kicking them out saying my son was banned for 24hrs because he was with the 17yr old. When I asked what was going on the staff member said she was within her rights to refuse me service too if I was with them (I'm 44). When I phoned to complain they advised that no-one under the age of 25 can have a person under the age of 18 with them. The sign out the front does not say this, it 'says under 18's must be with a responsible adult' I advised the lady on the phone that they might want to put the over 25 thing on the sign. I walked out without purchasing anything & won't back.
