I'm a loyal ALDI shopper and appreciate the prices and quick checkout and I pack my bags away from the counter as expected. However your staff are allowing more and more customers to pack their groceries at the counter and slow up the process leaving your staff sitting and waiting doing nothing. Put up signs and have staff adhere to customer and store expectations.
