I had the worst customer service…

I had the worst customer service experience ever at Michaels in Valley Center (Owings Mills, Maryland). I ordered cooling racks for pickup. I arrived at the store at about 12:15. Setup for curbside delivery (they have no specific parking spots like other stores). I waited until 12:35 and decided to go in to find out why the wait was so long. I asked the cashier and her response was I will be out shortly. My response was, I've already been waiting over 20 minutes and I left and returned to my vehicle. I checked the time, it was 12:37. I waited another 15 minutes and called customer care. Explained to him what I had experienced. He called the manager, got back to me and I asked him to stay on the phone. He asked several times if someone had come out. This went on for about 10 minutes. He called again and was told someone would be out shortly. He stayed on the phone and kept asking me if anyone was coming out of the store. My response, only customers. I waited with him on the phone for about another 10 - 15 minutes. He apologized over and over again about how I was being treated. At that point, I told him I'm done and I am leaving. I told him to have a great day and hung up. Once I got home I reached out to their chat line, no resolution. They want me to back to the store to get my merchandise and will not deliver. I guess the employees have all control while they treat customers horribly. I used curbside because I did not want to go into a crowded store during the pandemic. 45 minutes of my life I will never get back. If I could give zero stars they would get it.
