The team at Pureada are absolutely amazing... They each carry out their roles in a very friendly, yet reassuring manner ... They did everything that they could to make the process as comfortable, and as seamless as they could for me ... Gwen even sourced some familiar food items from home for me following my surgery ... From our initial contact to my now period of aftercare, I felt, that I was and am still, in the best of hands ... Tina has been a joy to deal with with her never-ending support during the aftercare period ... Wendy was so kind to me, and arranged for a follow-up prescription to be sent over to me after I had arrived home ... Janet was with me for every consultation, and she stayed at the hospital to care for me during and after my surgery ... She is such a lovely lady with endless knowledge ... My surgeon was so professional, and her knowledge during our pre and follow-up consultations was second to none ... She explained my procedure in great detail, and her level of knowledge and approachable manner instilled such confidence in me ...
