It’s total faults advertisement
It’s total faults advertisement, especially the mineral mugs… Their videos of their process are completely misleading and faults. What shows up is a poorly crafted piece of plastic crap. There’s no customer service. They say they were arriving a week before Christmas and arrived the week of January 11.
