Is it One of the trusted Airlines and Airport ?????
Hi, I have been contacting with airport and Discover airlines since this issue happened.Unfortunately there is no resolve to my issue.I am so piss off with Discover and Franfurt Airport.No body helped me get my luggage from air plane which i forgot in the plane and lost it!!!!! On 19 December 2024 we flew from Orlando to Frankfurt and next day we were in Frankfurt. The flight was late. We had a connection flight to Istanbul. We had to run to catch to other flight. We were departure gate desk when we realized we had forgotten our carry on in the airplane. We were same terminal which we have arrived. Everything happened in 30 or 40 min. We ask immediately to the desk to help us to get our bag from airplane but even they didn't try to contact someone! They just told us to go to department of loss and found baggage. We were 4 people traveling. The flight was only waiting to us to close to door. They told us we have to decide if we boarding or not to the airline. We had some valuable items in the carry on. I had decided stay and take the other flight. I was thinking that somebody will bring our bag. Because it happened in 1 hour. I went to loss and found department. They told me that they usually received found bags next day or in two days. I opened a claim. Claim Id is V54884/24. So, I lost my flight, day and i had to purchase extremely expensive a ticket $1200. So far there is no news. It was a nightmare, disappointed journey for our family! We have been flying in this route with your airline for long time. This is one of the biggest airline and airport which is most trusted! I have tried to reach you for open an investigation. It doesn't make sense that lost my bag in one hour!
