AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Chairs rear strut broke with the first year. Got replacement part. 6 weeks later part broke again and now they won't replace as the chairs one year warranty has ended.!!!!! Also you can never get hold of anyone absolutely shocking I have a chair which costs thousands which is now unusable!UPDATE: Replacement parts do not have a warranty!!!! Parts are overly expensive and are rubbish! Sunrise take no accountability or want to help customers. If you buy a second hand chair don't waste your time if it breaks down!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID
