Awful company

Awful company. I made a complaint for an inaccurate invoice as they would not resolve this. They stated they would get back in touch within 10 working days- they didn't and despite contacting them on more than 10 occasions they still haven't. They do not want to admit that they have added charges incorrectly. I am now going to the Ombudsman.
