I have never been more impressed with a company than 180 medical and the products you provide. We had initially gone with a different company for ostomy supplies and have never been more frustrated in my entire life. It is tramatic enough dealing with being a new ostomy patient, but when you include constant leakage, changing out the entire application; almost everyday and sometimes two to three times, and numerous visits to the ostomy clinic still to no avail. Your company was a God send. Right from the beginning, every single person i came in contact with was so genuine, understanding, as well as, very thorough and patient in explaining the different products and helping me through the order. I was super impressed with the customer service Lenora and Stacie provided in the ostomy department. Lenora was amazing with taking my order and taking care of all the insurance requirements. And, even though, there was a small hiccup in shipping, Stacie called me back right away and took care of the problem immediately. Overall I wouldn’t change a thing. 10 stars from me and keep up the great work. Would definitely recommend.
