Using Roche INRange products
Once set up with Williams, repeat ordering is easy and efficient. Two day delivery is typical for me in Scotland. Williams keeps my account details and informs me that excludes my bank details so I have that handy. I opt to pay immediately so hold while I am transferred to the appropriate person. If like me you were unhappy with the original Roche lancet "pen", order some Accu-Chek Safe-T-Pro Plus single use lancets with 3 depth settings. Keep the original yellow lancets as they are also good for dealing with foot blisters. If your INRange device informs you of a limited life time, contact Roche Diagnostics. Williams have the number. I have Apple iOS devices and the downloaded software did not work for me but I followed the help instructions, sent it off to Roche on a Friday at lunchtime to receive it back reset with the latest operating system installed on the Monday morning during a bank holiday weekend! I only paid to send it from my Post Office. If you want to buy an INRange computer, buy direct from Williams/Roche for the cheapest deal. Finally, I bought the Coaguchek XS as a result of returning from holiday and a phlebotomist informing me my INR exceeded 9 so I now take that on holiday with the appropriate test strips. I upgraded to an INRange device which is easier to use so stays at home. I make sure I have both devices compare with each other and that of my point of care.
