I ordered a popular product from PMT. I'd previously ordered from another large music store, but as soon as I'd placed my order, the delivery date moved by 6 weeks - they later admitted they didn't have the stock I ordered against. PMT took my order, and gave a very firm assurance that delivery would be as promised. The kit arrived exactly on time, beautifully packaged. Very very happy with this, and I'll use them again.
