Avoid
Avoid, issues with billing and tariffs. I left on 03/08/2018 and I still haven't received my refund for the credit that I had on my account, it took until 24/10 for them to generate my final bill after numerous telephone and email exchanges. Now that I have my final bill I have been advised the refund process can start but there are no timescales on how long that will take as that is their "process" not acceptable if it was the other way round they would be all over me asking for money.
