DO NOT USE It has been ten months since I hired JS Law as my solicitor, and I don't have a single positive or neutral comment about them. Despite two formal complaints to the Complaints Department and to Team Leader Neil Lawrence, all issues remain unresolved. Also, JS Law is not following its own complaints policy. After submitting my first complaint several months ago, I have yet to receive a formal response. My first solicitor was extremely uncommunicative and unresponsive. It was four months before she answered the phone to me. As a result of 'restructuring,' my case was transferred to another solicitor. Sadly, I didn't receive any communication from them until two months, who have now transferred the case to another solicitor (I haven't yet found out who it is) due to illness. JS Law is unresponsive, does not respond to complaints, and does not provide the services they are supposed to. There has been a tremendous amount of undue stress caused by this, and I would not recommend them to anyone. I will now report this to the legal ombudsman.
