Unprofessional service left me in pain for over a month
Almost zero customer service and unprofessional. This company clearly didnt want my business! After 3 weeks of them cancelling appointments, apparently the only thing they could do was put me at the end of the queue again to wait another 3 weeks for my first appointment. Crazy - when you are in pain every day this jsut isn't a sensible level of service and how can a health organisations think it is. Don't touch them, another company who have put in place hostile customer service processes
