Scammers
Arrived yesterday in Knock with car reserved to Budget. At Desk they asked 2.200€ as deposit for a stupid 95.000 km old Skoda Fabia. Due to low remaining deposit on my card I was forced to pay they full insurance at 35€/day when re to for 5 days where 35€. In many rental I never put a deposit over 1.000€, so this is a true scam also because this amount was not communicated anywhere in contract with the broker. Budget company is really a shame.
