Compro un telefono online. Consegna indicata in 1-2 gg lavorativi. Dopo una settimana la spedizione non risulta ancora partita. Il servizio clienti lamenta dei problemi con il corriere BRT. Dopo 10 gg inizio a chiedere il rimborso di quanto pagato, visto che non ho ricevuto nulla. Il servizio clienti nicchia, nonostante diversi solleciti. Ottengo i miei soldi indietro solo dopo più di un mese dall'ordine, grazie a PayPal.
