The transfer approach is a mess and needs some work
The telephone transfer approach is all wrong in that the number transfer request is only submitted on the day of installation. Other providers I've used had it organised so the transfer occurred on the day the kit was installed, likewise for the router (which took 2 days to come). So, no internet for 2 days and for us, because the telephone transfer went wrong, 3 weeks paying for 2 internet services until the phone was transferred. Also, we had to chase Squirrel about the telephone transfer as they were not monitoring that the transfer request had not been actioned by the 'third party' who organise this and my current provider had not been advised about the need to transfer, hence continued to bill us. So, all in all a right mess-up for the transfer. Two stars given because they are cheap, and customer service seems good so far.
