Car was good
Car was good. But dropping back not a good experience. I picked up the car st 10:45 am and dropped it off at 10:45am, but the piece of paper the guy had at drop off said it was due 9:30. The way he spoke to me was if I’d done something criminal. There are two issues with that: 1. It was wrong. I didn’t leave the service desk until after 10, then waited in the car bay for longer 2. Even if that guy was right, what’s the advantage to frown at me like I’m a customer that you prefer never returned. I wonder if the staff have ever received training on how to handle that conversation in a manner where you don’t lose the customer?
